Please note that due to the volume of expected orders during stocktake, we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order. Also note that larger orders may arrive in more than one shipment as they may be sourced from multiple locations - you won't be charged any more for delivery in that instance.

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are 4-7 business days for Australia wide including most country areas 7-10 business days for WA country, far North QLD and most of NT, outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
Please supply your best day time address for shipping as Australia Post Requires a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, they will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office.
Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday with purchases made on weekends or public holiday processed on the next business day.
In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Alternatively you may collect your item at Shop 3, 4-14 Walpole Street, KEW, Melbourne, VIC, AUSTRALIA 3101. Identification will be required when you pick up in-store and you need to sign off on your parcel. Please check the opening hours for our physical store.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International-Shipping & Delivery
International delivery - Delivery fee varies - please contact us for more info. (except for Goods that require Special Delivery). It is estimated that the goods will take up to ten working days to reach major capital cities and longer for regional areas, some Asian, African or Middle Eastern countries.
Please note that the goods may take longer to reach you if there are public holiday or around seasonal festivities.
There are countries we are unable to deliver to as a result of customs and laws prohibiting the goods from entering those countries.
Please note many countries have taxes and duties pertaining to certain goods. We are not responsible for those taxes and duties. It is the customers responsibility. Contact us if you have any queries.

Easy Returns - Online Only!
We advise customers to check the goods thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. If you need to return or exchange your purchase please contact us click here to obtain a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
Any request for return should indicate the reason for return in writing and must be made to O&W by Oscar and Wild within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Returned goods are accepted 14 days from the date in which the RA number is issued. The RA number must be requested within 48 hours of the goods received.
Items received outside this period of time will not be accepted for return. Sale items are non-refundable.
Returned goods must be sent to Shop 3, 4-14 Walpole Street, KEW, Melbourne, VIC, AUSTRALIA 3101.
Returned goods must be unopened, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition.
All swimwear must be tried on with underwear and the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and unaltered. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes that are not returned in their original box will not be accepted for return.
All returned items will be reviewed for quality before return is accepted and processed.We recommend garments to be returned via Australia Post, Express Post or Registered Post within Australia.
Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The postage costs for returning goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
